We had an amazing stay, especially loved the spacious family room and the kids' pool was perfect – our little one swam every day. The breakfast options were superb!

Room service options were limited late at night—only cold sandwiches available, which felt off for a five-star hotel. Internet connectivity posed challenges. the difficulty in streaming services was frustrating. Also, the golf club's ambiance felt unwelcoming for families, lacking in warmth and inclusivity typically expected in family dining.

We stayed one night in a Superior Twin Room. The delay in getting our room was frustrating, and the bar service was chaotic. However, once evening service started, we enjoyed exceptional cocktails. The overall ambiance was lovely, but guests should be prepared for potential service hiccups.

The spacious room had a beautiful view of the golf course and was exceptionally clean, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in the kids' club, making our family feel welcome. Additionally, the dining prices felt overly high even though the food quality was good.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a relaxing spa, and an indoor pool. The staff even brought me a bottle of water at night on my first stay. Highly recommended!

excellent access to parks and charming nearby villages

During my stay, I appreciated the stunning views from my room and the exceptional service at the bar, which made my experience truly enjoyable. it's also conveniently close to the beautiful Glenroe Open Farm, perfect for a peaceful walk, and only a short distance to the scenic village of Delgany for those who love exploring local charm.

The game room offers fantastic options for kids. Service at the restaurant felt a bit disorganized on the busy night we dined.

upon check-in, there was confusion about room details that was quite frustrating (I expected better). however, the pool area was a hit with the kids, and they loved the kid-friendly play zone. the dining experience was top-notch, with diverse options that everyone enjoyed.
